Milk Donation Campaign Terms
1. Program Overview
The ConceiveAbilities Milk Donation Referral Campaign (the “Program”) allows individuals (“Participants”) to share information and invite others to learn more about milk donation through ConceiveAbilities. By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms as well as our website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
Participation is subject to ConceiveAbilities’ eligibility requirements, which may include age, residency, and other criteria. ConceiveAbilities may verify eligibility and may deny or revoke participation at its discretion.
3. How the Program Works
Participants may share a referral link or follow instructions provided through the referral portal to invite others to learn more about milk donation. Participation does not guarantee acceptance into a milk donation program. All potential donors must complete the appropriate screening and approval process.
4. Acceptable Use
Participants may not:
- Misrepresent their relationship with ConceiveAbilities.
- Use spam, unsolicited bulk communications, or misleading tactics.
- Violate applicable laws or third-party platform rules.
ConceiveAbilities may remove any participant from the Program if these Terms are violated or if activity is determined to be abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise improper.

6. Opt-Out and Help
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications.
For assistance, reply HELP to any message.
