With the ConceiveAbilities $10,000 limited time bonus, first time surrogates can make up to $72,000 as a first time, and hospital fees and medical expenses do NOT come out of that compensation 3. The qualified age range to become a surrogate is 21-43 4. You can still be a surrogate if...you've had your tubes tied, had a c-section, and/or are a single parent 5.
