MEET Tia:

Hi I'm Tia. My husband, Paul and I have been together for 10 years and we have two children together, a 5 year old and a 3 year old. I'm a stay at home mom and as a family we enjoy being outside, watching movies and taking walks. After having my first, I grew a deep love for everything pregnancy and birth related.

Tia'S CALLING TO SURROGACY:

In 2019, I was scrolling on Facebook one day and saw a picture of a woman from my town who had just posted a picture of her in the hospital with a baby and a set of parents, she was their surrogate. That moment inspired me and I told myself I want to do that. The love I had for my first child made me think of a parent longing to love their child but needing help to get there. I had pretty easy pregnancies and enjoyed the process of birth. It just made sense for me to answer my call. In 2022, I was accepted to be a surrogate and start my journey.

Tia's Surrogacy Story:

I feel like I have had a very smooth surrogacy journey so far. I would even go to say it has been magical. I love my Intended Parents, ConceiveAbilities and my fertility clinic. They have all been very helpful and pleasant to work with . Currently, I'm 23 weeks(JAugust 2023) and the baby is doing great. I daydream all the time about when I get to see the Intended Parents with their baby. It will be a moment I never forget.

Tia's Favorite Moment:

By far, seeing a faint line on the pregnancy test and getting to share with the Intended Parents that I was pregnant has been my favorite moment so far but I am sure there will be many more!
